Similar items for garbage chute and any other items company undertake.
2. Manage the sales team, monitor them for future business tracking sales and updating them, Negotiation and closing new contracts
3. Follow up of jobs through office and workshop foreman and technicians.
4. Daily sales report liaison with the clients.
5. Follow up for payments

Profile Description:
- Candidate with Proven UAE Sales experience of around 5 to 10 years.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree Required.
- Experience in Sales of Window Cleaning Equipment, Garbage Chute, Temporary / Permanent Cradles, Lifting Equipments, or any sales familiar with construction industry in the UAE.
- Must have Contacts and relations with Contractors, Subcontractors and Consultants in the UAE.
- Following is must to be considered for the position: Transferable / Visit Visa, UAE Driving License/ Fluent in English working knowledge of Arabic preferable
- Must be well versed with the roads in the UAE. Skills: Selling / Presentations/Independently conduct demonstrations (willingness if no prior experience), having active client list at least 50 clients.

Designation: Powder Coating Sales Executive
Job Description: lead the Powder Sales by managing sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction, achieve sales target and profitability in line with Sea Star Engineering's strategic plans
- Obtain necessary information concerning relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to personnel and business
- Develop and implement business growth strategies by identifying resources required in these markets, pursuing new business opportunities, searching new information with business partners, distributors and key customers in order to achieve strategic business goals and expand market share
- Develop market intelligence and understanding by maintaining regular contacts and visits to key distributors /customers to improve competitive position in different markets
- Follow up on collections and outstanding payments by coordinating with Accounts Department and customers to ensure payments are collected promptly and DSO (Days of Sales Outstanding) targets are met
